Each and every invitation to photograph a family is an honor. I enjoy getting to know each mom and dad and baby and toddler and kid and teen. Each one has such a personality that adds to the dynamic of their family to make their family truly special and unique. The fact that you invest in capturing moments for your family to enjoy and pass along through the generations is such a great gift for your loved ones.

1 Adventure

I love working with families outdoors. Perhaps a location that’s special to you and yours or just a beautiful spot in our Land of Delight here in Northern Michigan.

We’ll play games, run, jump, explore and have fun capturing your moments along the way. There’s no perfect behavior required, or even smiling faces for that matter (although I guarantee I’ll coax out a few laughs).

2 comfort

Before, during, and after your session my goal is for your to feel comfortable, confident, your best self. If that means we stick around at home, that’s fantastic! If it means we meet in a coffee shop, I’m up for it.

Pre-planning, the day of your session, and your viewing and ordering appointment will be tailored around your needs as a family.

3 moments

Life is full of them. Happy, sad and in between. My desire is to capture those precious moments for your family and help you display them in a way that fits your style.

We might design an album together, or arrange a gallery wall. We could go over grad announcements or choose some small prints that perfectly tell your story. Any direction we take, you will end up with beautiful pieces of artwork.
